Arrive early. Board on time.
Please arrive at your departure point at least 20 minutes before your flight. With event congestion, allow extra travel time for race weekend traffic.
- Have your government-issued photo ID ready at check-in.
- Boarding follows a strict schedule. Flights cannot be held for late arrivals, and all flights will depart on time.
- Aircraft seating and passenger groupings may be adjusted to meet weight and balance requirements.
No parking available
Parking is not available at any BLADE departure point. Please schedule to arrive by rideshare, taxi, or private car service ahead of time.
COTA bag policy
Please review COTA’s official bag policy before leaving for your flight.
Important: Bag storage is not available at any BLADE Lounge along your journey.
From helipad to Paddock Club
- 01A BLADE team member will greet you at your helicopter and escort you to the BLADE Lounge.
- 02A Cadillac will take you to the COTA entrance at the Paddock Club, approximately three minutes away.
The BLADE Lounge at COTA
Before or after landing, enjoy snacks, refreshments, and cocktails featuring LALO Tequila in our midcentury modern lounge. Watch helicopters arrive and depart, and explore a mockup of Joby Aviation’s next-generation electric air taxi.
Heading home from COTA
Return to the BLADE Cadillac Pickup outside the Paddock Club — the same location where you were dropped off — at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Look for the black A-frame sign reading “HELIPAD VIP TRANSPORTATION CADILLAC.” You will be driven to the BLADE Lounge for check-in and boarding.
